Cold Call Script Kit
Full 7-step call flow, objection handling, SMS templates, and voicemail scripts. Read the structure — then make it your own.
Section 1
Core Theory — Read This First
The #1 conversion killer is the wrong comparison happening in the prospect's head. They hear “landing page” and immediately think: “I could just do that on Wix for free.”
You need to kill that frame in the first 60 seconds and replace it with the right one:
| DIY (Wix) | Freelancer | Liteprop ✓ | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $25/mo + your time | $800–$2,500 upfront | Free 3 mo → $99.99/mo |
| Time to live | 20–40 hrs of YOUR work | 4–6 weeks | 48 hours |
| Quality | Looks like you built it | Varies wildly | Custom, AI-built, local SEO |
The /checkout/confirm page shows this table visually — but you plant the frame before they ever visit the site. That's your job on the call.
Section 2
Master Cold Call Script
OPENER
Goal: Sound like a real person, not a pitch. Get them past the “who is this?” guard.
[They confirm]
Asking permission disarms them. Most callers steamroll — you're already different.
PAIN IDENTIFICATION
Goal: One or two questions max. You're not interrogating, you're just confirming what you already know.
[If no website or weak website]: "Yeah, that's pretty common out here. A lot of [TRADE] businesses in [CITY] are in the same boat — people are searching for you on Google and you're just not showing up."
[If they have a website]: "Nice — is it actually bringing in new customers, or is it more just kind of there?"
The 'is it actually working?' question opens the door — most will admit it's not.
THE HOOK
Goal: Drop the offer fast and let the FREE do the heavy lifting. Don't bury it.
[Pause. Let that land.]
COMPARISON ANCHOR
Goal: Pre-empt the Wix objection before they even think it. Plant the right frame.
SOFT CLOSE
Goal: Get them to the site OR agree to a proposal link. One clear next step.
[If yes — confirm their number and send the /get-started link immediately]
Use this when you've created a personalized offer link for this prospect (e.g. /promo/SFPLUMB). This is the closing move for warm prospects.
liteprop.madethis.ai/promo/[THEIR-CODE]]DO NOT say “promo code” or “enter a code at checkout.” The link IS the offer — the price is baked into the link itself. There's no code to type anywhere. Just say: “click the link.”
HARD CLOSE
Goal: Use only when the prospect is clearly warm — asking questions, engaged, saying 'yeah that sounds good.'

NATURAL HANGUP (Not Interested)
Goal: Leave on good terms. They might refer someone.
[Done. Clean exit. Don't pitch again.]
Section 3
Objection Handling
[Send the /first-100 link and set a 24-hour follow-up text reminder for yourself]
[Don't push. Move on.]
Section 4
SMS / Text Follow-Up Templates
Immediately After Call (Warm Follow-Up)
Send within 5 minutes of hanging up.
If you created a personalized promo link (e.g. /promo/SFPLUMB):
General follow-up (no personalized link):
24-Hour Follow-Up (No Response)
Send the next morning if they haven't clicked or replied.
Last-Touch (3 Days Out — Soft Goodbye)
If still no response after 24-hour follow-up.
Section 5
Voicemail Script
I was going to tell you about something we're doing for [CITY]-area [TRADE] businesses right now — it's free, and it's only open to the first hundred local businesses in Colorado.
Give me a quick call back when you get a chance — [YOUR NUMBER] — or just check it out at liteprop.madethis.ai/first-100. Talk soon.”
(Under 20 seconds. Curious, not pitchy.)
Section 6

Personalization Reminders
- 1Always use their city + trade: "You're a plumber in Fort Morgan, right?"
- 2Reference something real: "I saw you on Google Maps" or "You came up when I searched HVAC in Brush"
- 3Match their energy — if they're casual, be casual. If they're busy, be fast.
- 4Send the text while they're still on the phone. Getting the link in their hand before they hang up is the most important move.
